Shipping FAQ's We make every effort to notify the carrier that our Whoopie Pies are fragile and perishable and should not be left in the heat. We cannot be responsible if they do so. If you are expecting an order to arrive, please keep and eye out for Priority Mail or UPS delivery person. All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt, except on Friday. Since the Whoopie Pies are shipped fresh, we don't want your order to sit in the Post Office or a warehouse all weekend. So orders placed close to the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday. Our shipping methods have changed in order to meet the needs of all our customers in today’s economy.
